All Sales Final
For sanitation and safety reasons, all cosmetic sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
Upon review, an approved claim will receive a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Daciously Blessed.
Product Care & Storage
Products must be kept away from extreme heat and prolonged sun exposure.
Our cosmetics are made with natural waxes, oils, and plant-based pigments, which may soften, melt, or experience slight shade variations when exposed to heat.
These natural changes do not indicate a defective product.
Ingredients & Shelf Life
Daciously Blessed uses absolutely no preservatives.
Our formulations are created using plant-based oils and waxes, including but not limited to Candelilla Wax, Aloe, Grapeseed Oil, and other botanical ingredients.
Due to the preservative-free nature of our products, we recommend a shelf life of up to six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages may be subject to a reshipping fee.
