Cosmetic Refund & Product Care Policy

At Daciously Blessed, every cosmetic product is prayerfully crafted with intention, excellence, and care. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products and our commitment to quality and safety, the following policy applies.

All Sales Final

For sanitation and safety reasons, all cosmetic sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
Upon review, an approved claim will receive a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Daciously Blessed.

Product Care & Storage

Products must be kept away from extreme heat and prolonged sun exposure.
Our cosmetics are made with natural waxes, oils, and plant-based pigments, which may soften, melt, or experience slight shade variations when exposed to heat.
These natural changes do not indicate a defective product.

Ingredients & Shelf Life

Daciously Blessed uses absolutely no preservatives.
Our formulations are created using plant-based oils and waxes, including but not limited to Candelilla Wax, Aloe, Grapeseed Oil, and other botanical ingredients.
Due to the preservative-free nature of our products, we recommend a shelf life of up to six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Important Disclaimers

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be issued for:

Melting, texture changes, or shade variation due to heat or storage conditions
Shade dissatisfaction
Allergic reactions (please review ingredient listings prior to purchase)
Improper use or storage of products

Proper care and storage are the responsibility of the customer.

Makeup Services Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Daciously Blessed, each appointment is reserved with intention, excellence, and care. To honor both our clients and our artistry, the following policies are in place.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $30 is required to secure all makeup service appointments.
Deposits are applied toward the total service balance.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment may reschedule one time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the discretion of the artist.
Appointments canceled due to lateness are non-refundable.

Refunds

No refunds are issued once services have begun or been completed.
If a concern arises during the service, it must be communicated at the time of the appointment so adjustments can be made.
Refunds will not be granted due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after completion.

Health & Safety

For sanitation and safety reasons, services cannot be performed on clients with contagious conditions or open skin irritations. In such cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.
